How It Works
A few weeks before your event, we’ll review your run-of-show and come up with a solid coverage plan and shooting schedule.
Then, we’ll arrive with our 3-person camera crew, capture your event, and deliver the video straight to your video platform within 24 hours for sharing with your audience.

- We have a Kickoff Meeting via GoToMeeting
- We create a Coverage Plan, Shot List & Schedule
- (1) On-location Shoot to capture live event (2 hour setup, 1 hour tear-down)
- We trim your video + compress it for online viewing
- We upload to your YouTube/Vimeo channel
- We format for your blog, email and social channels
- You share it with your audience
