Virtual events have taken center stage – they’re the new norm. But producing a successful, engaging online event requires a unique set of technical and creative skills.
We’ll work with you to select the right platform, plan your run of show and create pre-recorded videos and graphics. We’ll also send an HD webcam, mic + lighting kit to your live presenters, and coach them through setup, so that they look and sound their best on the day of your event.
When it’s go time, we’ll stream the whole thing live to your audience for a seamless, professional, engaging viewing experience.

- Weekly Planning Meetings
- Creation of Technical Run-Of-Show, Graphics & Transitions
- Pre-Recording & Editing presentations
- Remote Presenter Kit Rentals (HD webcam, mic & light)
- Pre-Event Setup and Testing of Remote Presenter Kits
- Pre-Event testing & rehearsal of technical run of show
- Implementation of technical run of show on the day-of
- Upload of final event recording within 24 hours of your event
